Your title should read "Intro - Name from Anywhere, State", with your info replacing the example info. For instance, your post could read "Intro - John Smith from Miami, FL".
In your actual message, blab all you want. Details help us know who to talk to about certain things. If someone writes "I am a minister", we have no idea what to talk to them about or if they could help us. Saying "I am the digital pastor of Mattress Springs Baptist Church" helps us a ton.
