  • PCO vs WorshipPlanning.com?

I've never used either. Both are about the same price. And appear to have the same features. PCO looks shinier and prettier, but to me, that doesn't automatically mean that it functions better. Though it certainly has the look of a more professional, better designed software.

Has anyone used both? Has anyone had any issues about PCO?

I haven't used both but understand that PCO is more of the industry standard. As such, you may find it syncs with more outside vendors such as Rehersal Mix and things of that nature. We'd be lost without PCO.

I use PCO, and really can't think of a church that I'm familiar with and doesn't. It's that ubiquitous.

agreed - the others may be just fine, but we're married to PCO ... we use RehearsalMix, we use it to handle our CCLI tracking, we use it to bridge data between itself and our church database, Fellowship One, etc ...
