Sunday, March 7, 2010

Welcome to the 85th consecutive week of “Sunday Setlists”. The purpose of “Sunday Setlists” is to share a recap of your worship services. What songs did you use, what arrangements? What worked really well and what didn’t work as well as you’d like? What issues did you have preparing? What is the sermon series? How about creative elements used in the service? You don’t have to be the pastor or worship leader to participate. We would really love to get reviews from the perspective of those in our congregations each week.

Setlist posted! Had a great time being back in rotation after a month break! (even though I traveled and got to lead at 2 other churches last month)

All the Earth Will Sing Your Praises--Baloche
    How Good and Pleasant--Walker
    Grace Flows Down--Giglio/Tomlin
    Marvelous Light--Hall
    Life Means So Much--Special--Chris Rice
    Beautiful One--Hughes

Lots of technical difficulties--in a theater and the gremlins were out to play. It all came together at the end, the house was packed, and people worshiped. God has a way of making it work no matter what. Pastor was a little stressed but God was faithful.

  5. Hilary's Avatar Hilary says:

Great service and great set. I Stand Amazed in the Presence (in a Bart Millard-esque style), Your Grace is Enough (Tomlin, Maher), Mighty to Save (Morgan, Fielding) and new for us was Follow You (Mooring, Mooring & Cash).

'Follow You' is great - if you haven't heard it - go check it out.

  6. kcampos's Avatar kcampos says:

Had a lot of people gone, including pastor and my bass player. So it was a bit of a hectic day for us, but God was gracious and things went really well. Even found time to introduce a new song and loop.
