Welcome to the 77th consecutive week of “Sunday Setlists”. The purpose of “Sunday Setlists” is to share a recap of your worship services. What songs did you use, what arrangements? What worked really well and what didn’t work as well as you’d like? What issues did you have preparing? What is the sermon series? How about creative elements used in the service? You don’t have to be the pastor or worship leader to participate. We would really love to get reviews from the perspective of those in our congregations each week.

Our set for today was: I Want to Know You, Knowing You, As the Deer, and My Jesus, I Love Thee. These songs are well known by the congregation, and they flowed beautifully today.
Although I was leading the children service today, I know that our sermon was about the importance of Knowing Jesus. Pastor Brown states, "nothing else matters in life compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Jesus."
Opening set - Friend of God; Beautiful One; Hallelujah to My King
2nd set - Be the Center; How Great is Our God
Closing - Word of God Speak
It's cold out, but I still got my blog done for the second Monday in a row! It's a new record!
I hope your Sundays were great!
Wow, it seems kinda weird, adding my link to the Mister Linky, like anyone else, haha! I'm still participating, and just added a link to our worship service recap.
Looking forward to others ... remember, you don't have to blog and link, you can just leave your worship service recap right here!
Just published my first Sojourn set list in three weeks (was on vacation).
This is the first time I have gave my set list out like this and hopefully I will continue.
Our set was Stir Up a Hunger, I will Boast, Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble, In the Sanctuary, Hosanna (Fraser), You are the Love of my life, The More I seek You.
Our church has been on a 21 day fast and His Holy Spirit has really been moving. I have been really chewing on Matt 5:6 Blessed are those who Hunger and Thirst after righteousness.
God Bless
Since I don't blog, I didn't have a great way to share our setlists previously.
Open the Eyes of My Heart by Matt Redman with a reworked long intro and Scripture reading from Ephesians
Majestic by Lincoln Brewster - a new one for our congregation that was a lot of fun
King by Tree63
Nothing But the Blood by Matt Redman
In Christ Alone by Keith Getty - this is one they had done a few times before we moved here, and then we did once when my husband was filling in when the previous WL was here. It went okay then, but we had a hard time communicating the feel we wanted. After the ladies in the group sang this at a Beth Moore conference with Travis Cottrell and they could help explain how totally incredible this song could be, it was much better this time. This song was right after the sermon, entitled "It's All About Jesus" in a series of going back to the roots and what's really important. This was a perfect way to end it.
Hey Everyone! I've been wanting to do this for awhile but just now getting into it as part of the New Year! Here's our church's first Sunday Setlist from Boise, Idaho, complete with a video of the service.
