Many responded to the message today without an altar call. Does a lot of people at the altar rail ever distract you while you’re playing?

Scott, it doesn’t really distract me, but I worry about their ability to focus, since we have 2 big dual 18″ subs at our altar, and front fill speakers across it. Our tech guys usually manually turn those down in the mix when this is happening.

You Never Let Go brought the house down this week…very Spirit-led.

      Gary,
Great song – what key? It’s one of those songs where the melodic range is so vast, it’s typically either too low on the verse but singable on the chorus, or singable on the verse, and unsingable on the chorus (for most people)! Fred McKinnon

It’s always been great in the original key of B for me. Because of the range, it’s hard to move it.

Our pastor took us through the ‘rest of the story’ of Jonah. The part people rarely investigate…chapter 4. My re-cap of the service includes some thoughts that I struggle with each week in planning ‘content vs. preference.’
