Sunday Setlists #152

Share your worship confessionals, recaps, and setlists for the week of: Sunday, June 19, 2011

Welcome to the 152nd consecutive week of “Sunday Setlists”. The purpose of “Sunday Setlists” is to share a recap of your worship services. What songs did you use, what arrangements? What worked really well and what didn’t work as well as you’d like? What issues did you have preparing? What is the sermon series? How about creative elements used in the service? You don’t have to be the pastor or worship leader to participate. We would really love to get reviews from the perspective of those in our congregations each week.

Also be sure to check out our community provided reviews of Matthew Reed, Brandon Gilliam and Weekend Warrior Worship.

Click here to receive an email reminder each week to participate.

Happy Father’s Day everyone! Our House church pastor, Deering Dyer taught this weekend. This is his first Father’s Day since his miracle adoption took place! So moving!

We also used 3 generations to video tape the announcements – so go take a look! http://www.loribiddle.com

Worship Series on Genesis. Glory to God Forever/Filled with Glory/How Great is our God. Closed with people circling up to discuss the final point of being created for relationship/community and had people share with one another how they experience or have experienced this in the local church or how they might be feeling nudged to get involved in community/relationship. Great morning!!

Oh yea, and used the “Praise Him” video featuring Jeremy Riddle’s song “God of All Glory” from Worship House Media as the call to worship. Excellent video.
