This CD is just fantastic. I agree the music is a little cheesy, but the words. The words. They stay with you and stay with you. “It is not death to die” “Come weary saints, hide away in the love of Jesus” They are truly fantastic. I rarely play a congregational Christian CD over and over. But this, I play over and over and over. Great, great work.

Great review, Shannon! Thanks for drawing attention to a CD that has been very meaningful to me this year. Our church has really enjoyed singing “It Is Not Death to Die” which we learned when our text took us to the theme of suffering.

Great review – I know for me, there is a sense of peace and comfort that comes over me from the first note of the first song as I’ve listened to this CD over and over.
