I required everyone on our team to have a (free) Gmail account and (free) Spotify account for their computer.

By Monday of each week, I push lyrics / chord charts as PDF files into a shared Google docs folder (now called "Google Drive") and build a custom playlist on Spotify. That way everyone has everything they need right at their computer fingertips.

It's free and works like a charm for us
