Can You Share Your Worship Survey??
We're in the process of taking a look at the desires, needs, and trends within our congregation due to the present circumstances we find ourself facing and I wondered if any of you had ever used a worship survey of your church and if you'd be willing to share that document with me. We're likely to narrow it to our specifics but need a bit of a framework from which to work from. If you don't have one but know where I could find one that'd help too. Just in box me and I'll reply to you and we'll work out the contact details. Thanks!

We did one in 2009 that was very informative for us. I shared the methodology, questions and results in two blog posts. Hope it helps.

Shalom, moosicman! Is your name Brad? It seems from your Twitter handle that it is. In which case...Shalom, brother Brad! We used a worship survey at our church a couple of years ago and it was very enlightening. We tried to survey only those who came to our contemporary service because that was the target audience, but several traditional service attendees filled out the form as well, which probably skewed the results a bit. People tend to be very opinionated about worship, so we received some pretty pointed responses...be forewarned!
But overall it was a valuable exploit. I wish I still had the document to share with you but it's nowhere to be found. We just developed our own survey with a broad range of topics including: lyrics, tempo, instrumentation, integration of responsive readings, sound levels, staging, lighting, etc. It was fairly thorough, if I remember correctly.
