Hello! I’m Lady T from Georgia. I’ve been a vocalist on my church’s praise team for approximately 7 years. The praise team has undergone many transformations over the years and been through a few praise team leaders. Recently, the team has been through it’s biggest changes and we find ourselves at a crossroads of sorts. I’ve been thrown into a leadership role (not praise team leader) and I joined this forum with hopes to get some insight into concerns and/or advice. I’ll post more details of my current situation in probably the “For Leaders and Teams” section.
