We've just moved from a large church in Alberta where I led worship with a full 8 member team to a smaller church (60 - 70 people) in Saskatchewan that was using recorded music and a single vocal when we arrived a year ago. In a year we've seen God breathe new life and talent into this church where we now have a 4 member youth worship band and three other 2-3 member teams with a pianist. God is so good. These members are enthusiastic and craving any experience or guidance I can provide, therefore I love forums like this where I can draw from the experiences and ideas of others.
