Dwayne Moore has written two excellent studies to move people closer to God and to move leaders to genuineness: Heaven's Praise and Pure Praise. I highly recommend both books.

The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis; modern translation by Msgr Ronald Knox.
I removed the spine and rebound it from above w coil binding. It's now a daily devotional sitting at my workdesk, replacing those page-a-day calendars.
If you follow my twitter feed, I try to encapsilulate the reading of the day into a couple of tweets. @NickAlexCath
How To Worship A King - Zach Neese. Really excellent. I would put this one up with "Exploring Worship" by Bob Sorge and "Worship Matters" by Bob Kauflin. Highly recommended.
I'm reading "Levite Praise: God's Biblical Design for Praise and Worship" by Dr. Cheryl Wilson Bridges.
