I'm new to this thread. I actually got connected through Franks blog. We are twitter friends. I am an arts director at a church in Bolingbrook, Il. I am in charge of artist development, some graphic design, and video production. I am also in charge of cultivating worship leaders and planning the services. I am excited to be interacting with other like minded leaders to help cultivate ideas and be challenged.
