Fully Automated / Schedul-able PC Based Recording

Does anyone know of a piece of software for PC that can do fully automated / schedule based audio recording requiring zero intervention? I have a line-in jack on my pc that I tested using Audacity and it works fine. I need a fully automated/schedule based solution though that likely would integrate in to windows scheduler or possibly has a "service" running that kicks it off and stops it at specified times every Sunday morning.

If you don't find it I'll try and write it for you. I don't know much about Windows Scheduler but I can probably dig it up pretty easily.
