New songs?

Just wondering...where do you personally go to find new worship songs for your team to play? Are there particular resources you use? I'd love some suggestions.

Lately, I've been going to really old hymnals.

Every six mos I follow the CCLI Top 2000 list, and track those songs that made a big dent over a six mo period of time, a half year earlier. Excepting that I can afford to be a tiny bit behind the curve, it's the most complete system I know of to be on top of what other churches and youth rallies have accepted widely. Did you catch my last list?
