Your Recommendations Requested for Worship Conferences in 2012

May I hear your opinions as to which Worship Conferences you would recommend for 2012 - and why?

Also, what do you feel are the most important things in these conferences? For example:

Seminar/teachings?
Networking/friendships?
Group Worship Tiimes?
... etc. etc. ...

Lastly, do you think they are economically wise?
If you were footing the bill yourself, would you still go?
Do you think you could get similar "value" from books, videos, etc.?

Any other thoughts to share on these conferences?
