Good Friday Storytelling
We're getting ready to start a series called "Storytellers" about the idea that sharing about Christ with others should really be as simple as telling our personal story.
In an effort to go big picture, we're going to be organizing our Good Friday worship gathering in a way that tells the story of the last 24 hours of Jesus life. We'll be having about 4-6 people come up on stage at different times to tell the story of those last 24 hours from the personal perspective of somebody who was there. For example, as Peter, as Mary, as the thief, etc.
I'd love for your help, especially if you're interested in thinking through this with me creatively. Who's perspective do you think is important? Any songs come to mind that could help illustrate that perspective?
Go Here if you want an idea of the last hours of Jesus' life.
Thanks!
Nate
