What do you guys do in your services other than singing?

I've recently been involved with building a website for a group called engageworship (http://www.engageworship.org) who focus on multi-sensory worship activities to help people 'engage' in a new way.

Do you know of any other resources like this? What things have you tried that worked really well. Maybe more importantly, have you tried anything like this and had it fall flat?

We consider every element of our worship gatherings to be used as an act of worship. Prayer, confession, fellowship, giving, teaching, taking notes, etc.
