Hi Everyone,
This forum is setup to discuss Worship Leader magazine and their SongDISCovery resource. Hopefully we can get some WLMag folks to stop in and say "hi" now and then ....
Enjoy!

Greetings,
I received a really nice critique from Worship Leader Magazine's Phil Sillas.
He told me on the phone that my song would not make it to the CD however, because of the "Dated" sound of the production.
He did say it was a "Great worship service opening song"..."that is such an inviting song to engage the congregation in singing with the worship team."
But, I need some one to re-record it! Any takers?
Hey Fred...how can I get my song as a "featured" song on this site?
Rob
Hey Rob,
Russ Here. I work with Fred for TWC and for Highest Praise Productions, the publishing side of things. Our featured songs for TWC are folks who have publishing agreements with HPP.
You can contact me at editor@theworshipcommunity.com if you'd like to shoot me your song.
Thanks,
Russ

On its way!
thanks, Russ
It's great to hear that Phil a) actually listened to the song, b) listened carefully enough to evaluate it, and c) was kind enough to provide you honest feedback - on the phone no less.

Yes Joe,
Very cool! Nice guy. He was very gracious, friendly. He seems like a pretty joyous man.
He also sent the whole critique on a pdf and said I could use it in my quest to find someone to re-record it as I just don't have the resourses to do so right now. It needs a little vision to rock it up a bit.
Blessings,
Rob
I enjoy reading the WL magazine and listening to my Song Discovery CD. I have helped with evaluating songs that have been submitted for the CD as well. I always look forward to the next issue.
Awesome resource!
