This is awesome .. hey, any of you who blog ... please spread the news about the study on your blog. feel free to just copy/paste the forum entry.

Also - encourage all the members on your praise team to participate as well! They can be a part of the discussion here online, and/or you can do it in your churches.

I ordered my book a couple days ago too.

Ours and another church are doing a county-wide "read the Bible in a year" challenge. That will be a great thing to do, but I personally work better with a "study" rather than just reading through the Word.

I'm looking forward to this praise study. I know it will be good for me.

Default Looking forward to the Pure Praise study

I am trying to get a book. Having a little bit of trouble getting beyond the "Add to Cart" page. But will try to get my book by the time to study starts. Looking forward to it.

Default The Shack

I am currently reading "The Shack". I am almost finished with it. That is where I got the idea for my handle "Wrapped in Jesus Love!".

I am extremely looking forward to this Bible study. I am a secretary at an elementary school working full time year round. I am also the Music Director at a church. So my hours are very full. I love being involved in Bible Studies but am so pleased that you are offering the on-line Bible study. Taking out the travel time is going to allow more time for me to meditate alone with God.

Are you from the St. Simons Community Church? I have been downloading the itunes podcasts from there for months, and enjoy listening to them.

Are you Fred McKinnon? I have also been listening to your Worship Interludes, even though there have not been additions lately, I enjoy listening to your podcasts.

I love to create a worshipful atmosphere at the church where I play. And I love to feel that worshipful feeling when I listen to your music.

I am from Pennsylvania but hope to possibly go on vacation in St. Simons sometime and attend a service at St. Simons Community Church.

Default Question About Pure Praise

Is the downloadable podcast the exact same thing as the book. Or is the downloadable podcast something that would really enhance the study for us.

Hey!
Yep - I'm that "Fred McKinnon", and yep, we're at St. Simons Community Church - how cool that you've been listening to the messages ... can't wait to tell Pastor David about that!

We'd love for you to visit - it's a great vacation spot, for sure!

I read the Shack and thought it was incredible ...

As for the downloadable podcasts by Next Level Worship, I've not really looked at those yet.

Default St. Simons

I have actually been looking on-line for things to do and places to stay if we do come there sometime for a vacation. It looks like a beautiful place.
