Hello.i just joined the group in the TWC just today.im just really curious if it is really necessary to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the Worship Team like if you are not around in the rehearsal, you can't play on the Sunday Service, or just follow the conviction of the Holy Spirit like even if you are not in the rehearsal but your heart is really in the Worship that Sunday, and you know well enough the line-up of the Worship songs, then you are allowed to handle the instrument because the conviction was there?
please, im really in need of help now because our Worship Team is a bit struggling as we dont know where to base our decisions. if its with the Holy Spirit alone or with the conviction of the Holy Spirit but also try to follow the rules set.that "NO PRACTICE, NO PLAY".thanks in advance for the advice.you could also reach me out in kristeen_bala@yahoo.com
