hello everyone, I am Kristeen, and i am a Worship leader in Church of God, Philippines.. i just wud like to ask, whether is it good to really stick on the rules and regulations of the worship team or just plainly set it as a guide and just draw to Holy Spirit's Convection on who among the members will be part of a Sunday's Praise and Worship?

Sorry--I never realized there was a profile side to this, so I didn't get your message! Silly me... I play violin, guitars and piano primarily. I can also play mandolin but I don't have a good one or play often.
