Jason Upton really hits worship on the head . He sings out his walk with God . I feel he writes music the way God really wants it . Personal with God . I like almost all of Upton's songs and that's saying a lot beings I come from a hard core punk and metal background lol < Upton just don't fit in that cat. >

Ya, I've not heard any of Jason's more recent stuff, but that "Faith" album way back when was totally amazing. He's a great worshiper ... not a "radio CCM" type, but just revealing, dangerously authentic, and passionate. Gotta love it.

At my church we have a house of prayer , 24 hour room you can go pray in with a good sound system . On the Ipod I think someone put all the new Upton stuff on it . I could'nt tell you the name of any of his new albums . I just know them as Jason Upton play all . :cool:

I've heard all of these except the first one and own all of them except for Great River Road. I don't know if I would call Jason's music typical praise and worship music. It's more like prophetic prayers and modern psalms. Whatever they are, they are POWERFUL pieces of one man's devotional life.
