Schedule conflicts

I have this strange problem. (at least to me...)

If I create a plan, and then schedule anyone for the plan, that person always shows up as having a conflict, even when they aren't scheduled for anything else.

For example, if I schedule myself for Sunday Worship in the Electric Guitar position, I will get a Conflict flag, and a message that says "Sunday Worship in the Electric Guitar position, conflicting with plan times." I can't seem to see what's causing the conflict.

If you're scheduled for anything else during that time, it will create a conflict. For example, if my pastor who plays the bass is scheduled on a Sunday morning to pray for our offering, it will come up as a conflict when I try to schedule him for bass.
