Prayer for my suicidal son

Please pray for my 16 year old son Hunter. Hunter came to us at 8 years old and suffers from a whole lot of demonization. Suicide is an ongoing problem but escalates when something bad happens to a friend. Yesterday, he learned of a friends suicide. This news threw him into the deepest pit of despair. Normally, when this happens he begins to act out but won't share what's upsetting him. That has been true this time. Turns out he's been worried for the friend for several weeks because she'd not been heard from. This girl was regualarly in the psych hospital and that is where he met her.

Anyway, the Spiritual warfare has been intense and we'd really appreciate extra prayers for him and for our family as we try to keep him safe.

I will pray for your son. I pray that he is set free from the spirit of Suicide, and that he is draw deep within the spirit of God according to Psalm 91. Bless you Ursala, I pray for strength on you as you are dealing with this rough time as well.

Praying for you and your son.

On February 22, seven years ago a friend of my son committed suicide because of a girl. My son was 15 at the time and we were horribly worried about him. The boy's mother met with of her son's friends and they helped each other get through it, and she convinced them that her son made the wrong choice. She was a real blessing.

Every year on that date, all the boys return to their friend's grave and leave mementos. The thing is, this was their freshman year in high school. Though they had all been close friends before, in high school they had drifted apart to pursue different interests. This tragedy brought them back together and they are still very close friends.

I am reminded that God can make all things turn to good. Look for that opportunity.

Maybe it would be good for him to write his feelings down in a song or a story form? It might help him fight the battle with depression to verbalize his emotions and look at them on paper.

Thank you all. Sometimes I am shocked at how ongoing this battle it. It seems to be constant. Last Thursday he got word of a friend having actually commited suicide and he spiraled downward. yesterday he heard from another friend who was in hospital for suicidal ideology and he again spiraled. Everytime someone else is hurting he literally wants to hurt more. Both of these people are people he hardly knows. The first time this happened, a couple of months ago it was people he literally did not know (that turned out to be a complete lie made up by a young woman who wanted attention)

It really is demonic.
