Song Selection - Changed Lives

Hey Everyone -

Our theme for this upcoming Sunday is "iReach - Changed Lives" ... there will be a shortened sermon, but several 3-4 minute video testimonials of how people's lives have been impacted and changed since coming to Christ and being discipled here at St. Simons Community Church (http://www.sscommunitychurch.com).

Normally, I've got my setlist about a week in advance, but I'm behind this week because several things haven't been set in stone yet ...

So ... I need to have my tunes today ... and I'd love some help brainstorming on what some great corporate songs (or specials) would be to compliment this theme.

Here is where I settled:

Amazed
Mighty is the Power of the Cross
I Will Never Be (Hillsongs)

The more I prayed about this theme, the more the cross came to the front. Without Christ's work on the cross, our lives aren't changed for eternity.

I'm pleased with the way this setlist is shaping up, for sure!

Yeah - that's a great song ... we just don't have time. We're doing a series of video testimonials, each of which are 3-4 minutes, plus in the 11:00, we have a baby dedication.

Here's a link to the PlanningCenterOnline.Com doc if you'd like to see the flow ... for now, it only says "40 minutes" for David, and hasn't been broken down into the separate videos and transitions - those will be added by the end of the week, complete w/ links to the videos (hosted in house) for reference.
