In addition this candidate must have strong administrative skills (advance long-term worship planning), experience with worship service design and execution, and skills in building and encouraging teamwork. Strong background in worship technologies such as video media and sound is a must. Brookfield Lutheran is a dynamic and growing LCMS church located in Brookfield Wisconsin.
