Intro - Eric From Around Natchez, MS

Hey everyone. I'm Eric and I'm the sound guy at a church in Natchez, Ms. If you read about 6 or 7 threads down, Alethia is the worship leader at my church. We get excited about worshiping our Jesus! We run a Mackie SR32.4 mixing console and just started recording to CD (we're in a relatively small town). I'm looking forward to replacing our monitor wedges with IEMs, ambient mics, and even theatrical lighting. Glad to be part of this community. And oh yeah, I like doing photography at church.

Welcome to the community! I used to be in Vicksburg, - not far away at all. I imagine our tech guys will pop in over the next 24 hours or so and answer your questions about the IEM .. the only ones I've had experience with are samson and Aviom.

We've been doing some of the same things over here in Southern Cali! Check out the tech portion of the forum and some of the guys blogs. I know I've been learning A LOT!

Thanks for the replies you guys. I've been glancing around the site, especially the tech forums. I've heard a lot of good stuff about Aviom.
