I am an experienced worship leader who has a gift and a passion for teaching. I teach music privately and have taught as an adjunct at Cedarville University.

I'd LOVE to teach worship conferences. I am posting to solicit such opportunities.

Ideally, I'd like to find an already established conference that might need someone with worship leading experience to teach either worship theology, music theory, worship leading tips, or guitar (I'm an advanced guitar teacher) around Ohio or surrounding States.

A second option would be to find a group of others in the Ohio area who would be interested in forming a worship conference tour group.

Or perhaps you can simply connect me up with such people over the web....

Thanks!

Dude, I'm with ya on that. I think getting together with others in Ohio - initially - is probably your best bet, and a great idea... don't expect it to be huge at first...maybe 100 - 200 folks, but it'd be a start. Many times it's someone having heard you teach/lead worship at a conference, and name recognition, that'll get them interested in having you speak at theirs.

I've got my first REAL conference-teaching op coming up later this month (I've done some stuff locally - workshops and such - but nothing like this), and I'm praying that it leads to more, but I think you'll find that most of the people on here are in the same boat as you. That means you can probably find others on here willing to partner with you on starting something unique for your area!
