Hey guys-
Just a quick note: I am a huge advocate of trying to provide resources to volunteers that serve in our ministries at our local churches. For some of us, it's a great way to pour into, and help build up the people who serve in our ministry, but don't get paid. Every year, I lead a team of people to the WILLOW CREEK ARTS CONFERENCE in Chicago. This is a 2.5 day conference, centered around great worship (let by David Crowder Band), awesome speakers (the authors of Blue like Jazz[I] and [I]The emerging church, and other great speakers. On top of that, there are over 100 classes you can take that range from drama, to dance, to band, to vocals, to everything technical, to programming, to teaching, to songwriting, and everything in between. It's a great chance to build up your team, spend some time together, and just get away. If you have the time and money, I would strongly encourage you to look into the conference. This is my 3rd year going, and every year I am blown away by Willow, and the conference experience. Check out the link, and let me know if you have any questions.
