When I was in Ukraine on a worship conference adventure, I taught a songwriting class. Before the class I sat playing the piano with my back to the dozens of Ukrainians who had packed the classroom in Kiev.
As I played basically going back and forth from Am9 to F+2, the beloved saints starting spontaneously worshipping!! It was a powerful heart cry. From that inspiration a fellow team member, Meg Everhart and I wrote a song called
"Hear My Cry" (O Most High).
It is part of a new demo CD I recently recorded called "The Songwriter Sessions- available for $10 on my web-site: www.davidbaroni.com
I also have a teaching CD called "Songwriting for Worship" available for $5 n the site.
