I have a slightly unusual way of charting songs for my team, and since getting a ton of emails from readers about it, I did a series in the last few issues about it, and now doing a class at the conferences. Basically, it's taking the "chord over word" CCLI chart and adding barlines, rhythms and some other goodies to make it easy to keep track of the arrangement without going onto a million pages like a real lead sheet.
