I played one Sunday through a Bose system (don't know if it was labeled L1 or not) that looked a whole lot like the one demoed here, and it was the weirdest feeling. It was the house speaker, it was teh onitor, it was my acoustic amp, it was everything. I kind of liked it. My worship team told me that what they thought was strange about it was the fact that they normally expect the monitor sound to come from a certain spot, and it didn't, it came from the same spot as the "mains" (or in our case, there was only one, so the "main").

If I ever did the coffee house circuit, I would jump on a unit like this.
