Hi guys,
I'm always one to follow the 'rules', so I'm posting in here (although I must confess I did post in another thread first ;)).
Townsville is in North Queensland, about 150,000 people, and I am the volunteer Music Director at Townsville Baptist Church (http://www.townsvillebaptist.org.au). We have around 500 in the congregation and 30ish on the music team spread across music, singing, PA, etc.
I lead worship (mostly playing guitar as well) fairly regularly and play drums, bass or guitar in most other services.

Hi Lindsay! Awesome to have you here. Just love the Aussie accent you typed in! I have a few internet friends over in Australia in aroung Perth, Brissy and Sydney mainly. I love to go over to the Hillsong.com website and listen to the Hillsong group and the sermons from there. Does your chuch have a website where I can check ya all out at? Thanks for the welcome. I haven't been called "sister" in a while. Is this a Cleveland thing, or do I need a photo on my profile? :)

Oh My! Sorry BROTHER Lindsay! My best friends sister's name is Lindsay so I guess when I see Lindsay I think of a sister. Sorry! Were a little strange here in Tennessee but even we don't usually call brothers our sisters, that only happens in California I think. ( Sorry all the Cali folks out there).

Checked out the chuches website. Sounds like a great chuch there! Love a casual church that focuses on being part of a church FAMILY. Love the Cafe Chat idea!
