With all the FCC rule changes over in the states, does anyone have in ear units for sale?

The 600-800 Mhz range is legal here in New Zealand, so it has occured to me that there might be lots of useless (to you) units going cheap in the US. :p

Right now I'm really only after units for my wife and I, but maybe will look into some more for the church as well.

Looking at getting Livewire custom molds as well.

This may not be as easy as you think... for the most part, the big companies (Shure, Audio-Technica, Sennheiser, etc.) have kept their IEM systems out of that range to begin with. Lots of handheld, lav, & instruments systems are basically obsolete now because of the change, but very few IEM systems (at least from my knowledge/experience)
