Hey Guys-

We all have things in that we deal with in the church production environment that bother us, or that inhibit us from achieving excellence. Maybe it's a low commitment level from your volunteers, maybe you don't have enough systems in place to create an easy and methodical environment, maybe you have that one gung-ho volunteer that does more harm than good, maybe you don't have the backing from the leadership that you need. What do you deal with?

There are enough of us on here, that it seems like this can be a good place to reach out. Maybe you have dealt with, and gotten through something that someone else is just starting, and you can help.

Start posting some things that you are dealing with.....anything at all related to Production or Technical stuff in the church...no matter or big or small, easy or hard it is, let's see if we can start sharing, and being the church to each other.

Adam,

Right now, one of my most frustrating challenges is stage area ... we're on such a tiny, cramped stage, there is little room for experimentation or added instrumentation (ie. horn section, etc), and the room is so small, those elements would overpower the room easily ... the good news is, we only have about 6 more months to deal with it!
