My guitarist showed up for our Youth Service last week with this little lunch box looking thing with 6 beautiful letters that glowed: O R A N G E. It was his graduation present. He ran it into his Marshall cabinet and it was a tiny taste of heaven!
Anyone played with this thing yet? It's the Tiny Terror by Orange? 7 or 15 watts I believe. It was a wild night so I didn't get a chance to completely catch up with him about it but it sounded great! Maybe next week I can get a full review up for ya'll.

In general, Orange amps drip tone. Like my AC30, tubes are doing the work instead of transistors. Unlike my AC30, the Tiny Terror comes with a padded gigbag and can be toted around on your shoulders. No roadie required.
If I ran this into my 2x12 cabinet and cranked it up, the mic would melt like butter but the faces on the front row wouldn't. This would be a good choice for those folks with a sanctuary smaller than U2's average tour venue where the sound guy threatens to quite every time the guitar players say they can't hear themselves without a floor wedge or Marshall stack. (Or a floor wedge AND a Marshall stack. Maybe that's just my preference.)
Btw, Orange has this snazzy little matching 1x12 cabinet that probably puts most smaller Fender tube amps to shame.
I think I'm about to talk myself into buying one now.

Right on brother! My church is so small we don't even have floor monitors, and a stack would blow the stained glass out the window.

Yeah, I messed around with one of these little beasts at my friends guitar store. I loved the sound of the amp and the great Marshally tone it gets. Its got that classic brit crunch without the volume. I don't know how versatile it is though. Being a stompbox player, I don't know this think would work with something in front of it. Also, no reverb...no biggie for some.
