What does your worship team do?

What's up worship community! I recently wrote a blog titled Fellowship Night.

Every third thursday of the month our worship team gets together and has a night full of fun, food, and games! We had an amazing time and we didn't talk one bit about worship, services, music, etc. We have made this a priority in our ministry because we believe in building a deeper relationship full of genuine love and trust to one another, not just a ministerial relationship. We are a family! Check out the blog

What does your worship team do other than ministry? What does your team do for fun together?

My worship team is a little different than most (designing and leading worship 3 times a week in and for seminary chapel services), but we are really intentional about spending time with each other. We eat lunch together once a week as a team, and grab "little bites" in smaller groups throughout the week. Around once every couple of months we try to get together for longer and spend some time praying and talking.
