I have been involved in worship arts ministry for the past 12 years. Only in the last 3 or 4 have i been involved in leadership. I feel it is a calling not only for me but for my wife as well, as my partner in it.
What are some good ways to ocate full time positions? How do you get "out there" so to speak? I haven't seen any positions posted on career builder etc. Are traditional means the best way to apply, resume, etc? I thought about making a CD or DVD to just send out en masse to see where God may lead.
