Hey -
Just heard this song on Vicky Beeching's MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/vickybeeching) page - anyone ever used this? Was thinking it could be a cool "special music" type song for Easter.

I've not used it, but I do think it's a great song.

My only thing about it is the key it's in on the CD. I have a fairly normal range, but I struggle to sing it as she does. If I sing the verse normal, the chorus is too high, so I have to drop it an octave, and if I sing the chorus down, then the verse is too low.

I guess there's probably a key somewhere that woud suit a congregational range, but I've not sat down to try to look for it yet.

If you use it, let me know how it goes.

Unless a high soprano sings lead you have to re-key almost EVERYTHING by Beeching, but I absolutely LOVE her songs. We're introducing "Join the Song" very soon at INSIDE OUT. I'd like to hear us try anything by her, Fred...good pick!

I saw Vicky Beeching in concert pretty recently (she opened for Delirious) and I thought she was great. It was the first I'd ever heard of her but immediately afterwards I was looking into her further. She was very sincere and compelling as a worship leader.
