Please, Pray for My Wife

Please, take a moment and pray for my wife right now. She's been in the hospital for about a week, having an incredibly difficult time breathing, and she has not sleeping well. She is 23 weeks pregnant (24 weeks is when the baby has a chance to survive outside the womb), and she has Cystic Fibrosis. She's on a BiPaP machine to help her breathe, and the doctors don't know how much longer she can carry the baby without putting herself beyond help. It's about 50/50 that both she and the baby will survive.

We're trusting in God, but we're both very scared. Thanks.

Our pastors are making the 4 hour drive tomorrow to come and lay hands and pray for Tricia (James 5), and both of our parents will be up here the next few days.

Nate, I just read your blog and learned that your baby girl was born! Congratulations... and my prayers and thoughts are with you and your wife and little girl. I can only imagine what you are going through. We had one of our babies in the NICU just for a night and it was so scary... You're in such a difficult situation. Hang in there. What I'm reading on your blog is a beautiful testimony to God's faithfulness, and your faithfulness to Him as well. Wishing you peace and a good night's rest. God bless you.
