I am Worship and Communicative Arts Pastor for 10 years at this church of 2,700 people who we are seeking to consistently mobilize using their vocations/skills to Vietnam and our nearby impoverished community, Haltom City (in contrast to yuppie Keller where our church is). My responsibilities include preaching 40% of the time, leading and designing worship, overseeing all communication functions including graphics, web, etc. I have a full time associate, a quarter time vocal coach, and a full time media director (web, video and thumpin bass player).
