I just finished Tony Dungy's new book entitled Quiet Strength... it was amazing! I recommend it to all of you leaders!
It's more than football; he gives outstanding, Godly leadership principles. While not everything is applicable to our volunteer worship teams, I was so challenged as I read... I literally couldn't put it down!
Although there are times when I'd like to say "Give me 5 laps" in the middle of rehearsal sometimes!
