I am a youth director at a small United Methodist church. I love the whole Body of Christ. I enjoy meeting Christians form all walks of life, because it makes my life all the richer. I am constantly seeking wisdom for leading my youth group into deeper life experiences with God. If anyone has any youth group meeting ideas that could accomplish spiritual growth within my youth group, I would be open to any suggestions. My youth group is a challenge, because it is a mixed age group from 11 year olds to 18 year olds. Currently, I have about 15 active. I am glad to be here. In Him, Maura :)

Thank you also for your warm welcomes. I found this site by looking up one of my new favorite speakers, Louie Giglio. I saw him for the first time in March of this year in Baton Rouge, LA. on the "How Great Is Our God" tour with Matt Redman & Chris Tomlin. He blew my mind with the message he brought. A GREAT talk about the GREATNESS and the "BIG-NESS" of GOD! He's BIG!!! And in addition, He showed us how beautifully,wonderfully and fearfully made we EACH are. AS sson as his 40 minute talk was done, I quickly went to pre-order a DVD of this and I just git it in 3 days ago. I have already watched it and have now let my pastor borrow it. It is a one of the most powerful apologetics I have ever heard for the Christian faith.
