Thanks fred, the hand is still attached to the body....so that is good. It is still broken, that is not good. 6 more weeks

We just flew up Process 3-Captains' Interviews at http://www.worshiptrench.com/?p=206.

The next process (process 4) is to make a preliminary draft your goals for each ministry area. This is a crucial process for us and what we evaluate our year on. It is also what Mike, our exec pastor, evaluates us on. We use process 1-3 to guide us on this so that the goals almost write themselves.

FRED...The hand therapist is the MEANEST human ever created. I determined that today. She enjoys making 6'4" men cry like babies. I almost wet my pants, too. The bone is still broken but I have to move the hand because the ligament is growing/sticking to the bone...owww!
