New Breedlove.

After much prayer and consideration I finally got a new Breedlove guitar. It is a Focus series dreadnaught. It was a sitka top and maple side and back and has an amazing sound both acoustic and plugged it. My wife can actually tell the difference and she tends to not care about these things. I got a great deal because it is what they call a second, which means that they couldn't sell it at the original price so the shop sent it to Breedlove who sent it back out at a discounted price. The only problem with it is a slight irregularity in the wood grain. I can barely tell it's there, and it actually adds character as far as I'm concerned. It saved me almost $1000. :eek: Anyway, just thought I'd let you guys know.

Guilty as charged. I actually got a really good deal on it. I couldn't pass it up.

I actually have no problem with a musician spending money on equipment. Art for God deserves the best, huh?

What I might have a problem with is someone spending indiscriminately on things that they won't really even use or learn to master.
