This is often something that isn't considered. To add a bit more clarification - you'll need one video output to the desktop monitor, one to the front screen and another to the rear. This is if you want to project different info on the front and back projectors (assuming you have the right software). If you're ok with having the same info on both - you'll need a VGA splitter.
I've seen but not used - a USB to VGA converter. This would be very beneficial to those using laptops.
