Fantastic article, man ... I totally agree.  For the first time in all my years of church ministry, I&#039;m in a church where I&#039;ve got substantial depth on most &quot;positions&quot; in the Worship Dept.  At the same time, I can see the need for this openness to new people.  Especially when you consider what you&#039;re discussing - not just keeping them in one venue, but spreading them out to serve in multiple locations.
