It's funny, because I'll often hear other viewers complain about how "Simon just doesn't get it - it wasn't that bad..." and inwardly I'm thinking - "Actually - he gets it perfectly, he just needs to learn how to communicate it a little better." But, I suspect they have those three different personalities on for a reason - intentionally having Randy be the 'middle-man.'
