		<description>Whenever I&#039;ve watched American Idol I&#039;ve thought many of these same things.  It&#039;s funny, because I&#039;ll often hear other viewers complain about how &quot;Simon just doesn&#039;t get it - it wasn&#039;t that bad...&quot; and inwardly I&#039;m thinking - &quot;Actually - he gets it perfectly, he just needs to learn how to communicate it a little better.&quot;  But, I suspect they have those three different personalities on for a reason - intentionally having Randy be the &#039;middle-man.&#039;

This was a great article to think about how we deal with giving criticism and praise.  Thanks!</description>
